Ritah Dancehall was convinced by talent manager Roger Lubega that she deserves a punishment.

Spice Diana, a singer under Lubega's management and his music firm Source Management, allegedly received insulting texts from dancehall. "I want that familiarity to end, Ritah. Ritah, please refrain from sending my musician pointless texts. Diana offered you her time because you asked to meet her. Stop the familiarity; just because we laugh together and I treat you as a friend, "In a program shared by Spark TV, Lubega said.

"In my business, I absolutely dislike it... Where you take your idiocy is my concern, not [Ziza] Bafana's [she works for Bafana]. I would have thrashed you if you had sent me these messages that you sent Diana. Do not act disrespectfully once again since I have never given you a job. I am not below your level."

Recently, Dancehall asserted that Lubega had threatened to kill people after they had criticized Diana's event last Friday. "Suspect number one is Roger, the Spice Diana manager, in case I run into any issues. He made death threats against me when I voiced my disapproval of their presentation, which had good production values but a lackluster stage act. They are criticizing me for claiming that the program wasn't compelling. He threatened to murder me... They also prevented me from appearing at their exhibition in Jinja in the interim. If the Spice Dianas and the crew have an issue with me, I apologize to them. They were busy abusing me "In a video uploaded to TikTok, she stated.

"However, I'm unable to stay at home if I fear for my life. Remember the story about Spice Diana murdering someone, guys? I'm now surrounded with terror. Is it inappropriate to criticize the program? I even reported the incident to the police since I won't tolerate being threatened."

Lubega refuted Dancehall's claims that they had engaged her for Diana's concert in Jinja and then terminated the contract after she criticized the event's location at the Lugogo Cricket Oval.
