Tiwa Savage put on a one-of-a-kind, 90-minute live band performance at the Lugogo Cricket Oval, "Tiwa Savage Live in Kampala," which had Kampalans pining for more performance from "Africa's naughty gal."

The Ugandan female performers Andra Nansambu, Lamu, Laika, Jowi Landa, DJ Alisha, DJ Zato, Karole Kasita, Vinka, Winnie Nwagi, and Cindy Sanyu were all on stage with Tiwa, who did not arrive alone.

Even as the rain continued to fall, the crowd responded to this estrogen-filled lineup by applauding each performer and singing along to their songs. But no storm could rule as effectively as these queens did.

Who Is the World's Ruler?

The topic of Tiwa Live in Kampala was "Who Runs the World?

The answer to that query was undoubtedly present on stage, where Tiwa and other prominent female performers from Uganda were performing. The night's hosts Deedan and Sheila Salta initially presented Tiwa Savage's hypeman Jay Breezy before introducing "Africa's wicked gal," who brought things to a whole new level when she took the stage.

He prepared the ground for the legendary Tiwa Savage. The rain couldn't put out the constant fires she lit on stage with her passionate performance as she went into songs popular with Ugandans like "Kele Kele Love," her debut hit from 2013.

The song "Somebody's Son" from Tiwa Savage's most recent Water and Garri EP, which is devoted to the deity of Jesus Christ, then reached a crescendo.

When she presented her 7-year-old son Jamil between sets, Tiwa rekindled her close bond with the audience. He last visited Kampala in 2015, when a pregnant Tiwa performed in Uganda while he was still in his mother's belly.

Overall, the Tiwa Savage program effectively conveyed the message: If you missed this, you missed out.
