Vanessa Kirabo Atuhaire gave birth to Seth Kiggundu in August 2020, and the news of Bruno K being the father has been confirmed by Sanyuka TV reporter Isaac Kawalya, also known as Kaiyz, in a tweet on Friday. The couple started dating in 2018 when Atuhaire was 20 years old and Bruno K was 26. In March, Bruno K stated that he needed a paternity test before providing support to Atuhaire and Kiggundu, but Atuhaire maintained in media interviews that he is the father. She also claimed that he only contributed occasionally, such as when Seth needed medical attention. Bruno K allegedly evaded responsibility during her pregnancy and only visited Atuhaire when she was eight months pregnant.
After being pressured by relatives, Bruno K gave Atuhaire Shs850k as startup capital for a business and later sent an additional Shs230k. However, the business did not thrive because Bruno K requested Atuhaire to send Shs60,000 every week to support Brielle Kiggundu, his daughter with Rachael Nasasira who passed away in December 2021. Brielle now lives with news anchor Faridah Nakazibwe.
