Jose Chameleone was caught in a downpour of cash while performing at what seemed to be a traditional event, near a table where businessman Hamis Kiggundu and his friends were seated. As they started throwing wads of money at him, Chameleone called out to someone to bring his bag. The person was quick to respond and the cash kept flowing. Chameleone then instructed his assistant to fill the bag and bring another one, as seen in a video shared on TikTok.
While performing his hit song Baliwa, which talks about people who only come around when one has succeeded, Jose Chameleone was showered with money by Hamis Kiggundu and his friends. Kiggundu, also known as Ham, is a generous man according to his public persona. He recently attended the wedding launch of businessman Paul Ssembatya and his fiancée Milly Nakibala, where he gifted them with Shs100 million, saying "My boss, as Kiggundu, your son, I'll get for you Shs100 million." Ssembatya is known for his various businesses, including the popular wholesale shopping hub Kikuubo and Ssembatya Arcade in Kampala. Born in 1984 in Masaka district, Hamis Kiggundu is the CEO of the Ham Group of Companies, which has investments in real estate, agriculture, and manufacturing.
