Isma Olaxess, who goes by the name Jajja Ichuli on social media, told Winnie Nwagi that she needs to act professionally or her career will go down the drain faster than a rabbit can make love.

Olaxess is not happy with what the Fire Baby has been up to lately, and it is said that by calling out Nwagi, he is trying to stop a bad situation from getting worse.

As usual, his words were harsh, and he told the Swangz Avenue diva that she needed to work on her weaknesses after she criticized UK-based promoter Mama Africa because of a misunderstanding between the two women.Mama Africa said that Nwagi and another artist, Fik Fameica, did not act in a professional way after she hired them to perform at an event in London, England.

But people say that the two started acting like they were in half of London by bringing ghetto manners to the UK.Nwagi was angry that the promoter from the UK had attacked her, so she called Mama Africa a "bitch" and said she is not respectful.Olaxess, on the other hand, says that Nwagi is to blame in this case.He agreed that she was very talented, but said that her behavior would hold her back while younger Swangz Avenue artists moved ahead.

He was talking about how Azawi, who had just joined Swangz, was already getting a concert while Nwagi, who had been there since 2014, had never had one.Olaxess also said that Nwagi needs to respect her job or she could lose everything she has and wants.

"I'm telling Winnie Nwagi that she needs to start taking her job seriously, because her bad attitude is going to cost her a lot. She will give other artists in Swangz Avenue a chance, but she will never get better as a musician, Olaxess said.

Nwagi has not yet replied to his direct criticism of how she acts.
