Gravity Omutujju, whose real name is Gereson Wabuyi, is not going to make up with Jose Chameleone any time soon. In fact, he is raising the stakes.

When it was found out last Friday that the stage where Chameleone was supposed to perform had fallen down, Omutujju was one of the people who were happy about it.

He was quick to remind people that Chameleone had refused to promote Omutujju's show, which was on October 1, 2022, so it was a kind of indirect revenge.

Last year, after his concert, Omutujju was upset with Chameleone, Bebe Cool, and Bobi Wine. He said that they didn't promote his concert because they were jealous of him. He also told them to leave the business because they had become lazy and were fighting the new generation of artists instead of making good music.

Cool and Chameleone both told Omutujju that he was not as good as them yet and that it would take him years of hard work to get there.

Omutujju told the media on Monday that he won't apologize to anyone and that Chameleone and his promoters may have broken the stage on purpose to get people excited about the show.

"Making us talk nice to people... Do I work for a company that makes it rain?" Omutujju, who likes to stir up trouble, began.

"When it rains, I'm in charge... They moved the stage themselves to get people excited about their show. I can't be sorry, for what would I be sorry? ... I think I'm even as good at music as Chameleone at this point."

The show "Ggwanga Mujje" by Chameleone is being promoted by Mariam Mutakubwa, also known as "Biggie," through her company Biggie Events. She said that she spent more than Shs500 million to put on the concert and that she still has to spend more because service providers want more money for things like advertising, equipment, etc.

The new date for the show at the Lugogo Cricket Oval is February 24.
