Malaika Tenshi Nnyanzi, better known as Malaika, is a radio host. She wrote a touching tribute to musician Eddy Kenzo for being a good friend.

Nnyanzi was happy that Kenzo agreed to play a cameo role in Juniors Drama Club, a new family-friendly TV show that just started airing on Multichoice Uganda.

Allan Manzi made a show with a lot of big names, and Nnyanzi is one of the main actresses in it. Natasha Sinayobye, Canary Mugume, Bruno K, Dianah Nabatanzi, Gaetano Kaggwa, Brian Mulondo, Uncle Mo, and Sammy Wetala are some of the other well-known people in the series.

Here is the memorial that Nnyanzi put on Facebook on Tuesday:"A love & appreciation letter to @eddykenzo. These are tears of happiness. There are a lot of people who say they have your back and are there for you, but not many of them are there when you need them. My wonderful friend Eddy helped me out in the BIGGEST way. This man, who is one of the busiest people in the world, took a day off and drove me all the way to Matugga.

"I really did feel God's help that day. It had been a hard couple of months, but Allah told me not to give up through his servant Eddy. Some of the kids at school even asked their teachers, "Is it Christmas today?" Because Kenzo is here' so sweet. Eddy, my friend, I'll never be able to say how much I appreciated what you did. For so many years, you've been my mentor and big brother. (He gives the best relationship advice, by the way. He's kept me from making bad decisions so many times.)

"No one has a heart as kind and generous as you do. We're lucky to have you here. Young Mandela, you are an important part of our country. May Allah keep blessing you. Nkwagala nnyo Eddy wange [I love you a lot, my Eddy]. Your friendship has been a blessing in my life, and it still is. My sweet @melissamulungi, Kenzo's friend, gets a special hug and kiss."
