Many people were happy to see Karungi at the show, because rumors had been going around that she was trying to hurt Diana by putting on a show in Nansana on the same day Diana was performing.
This worried me even more because Diana had just played at Karungi's two-day concert at the Kampala Serena Hotel on Friday.At the Sheebah Karungi Live Concert on December 9, people had fun seeing them on stage together. Karungi and Diana first worked together in public in May 2022, when Karungi went to the launch of Diana's Star Gal EP.
It came after rumors that the two were competing to be called the best female artist in the country. Some people thought that fans were trying to pit them against each other.Since then, though, the two seem to support each other. Diana was one of the artists who promoted Karungi's concert on social media, and she also performed with other artists who opened for her. Spice Diana was giving her first show at the large Lugogo Cricket Oval. In 2018 and 2019, her concerts were held at Freedom City.
The Oval is going to have more big concerts, and the next one will be on February 10 with Jose Chameleone.
