Spice Diana, whose real name is Hajara Namukwaya, questioned why critics expect her to conduct her philanthropic activities in secret during an interview with the press corps. She pointed out that most of her work, including singing, is done in front of the camera, so why should she be expected to hide her charity work? Earlier this year, the Siri Regular singer shared pictures of a project she was working on, which involves constructing a home for special needs children in Mpigi. The project is called Dina Special Children Foundation Uganda and consists of 37 blocks with six units each to accommodate thousands of special children and their parents. In 2022, she teamed up with other artists to release a song titled "Tekawo Enjawulo" (Make a Difference) to raise awareness about sexual and gender-based violence and its impact on young Ugandan girls. The song was produced with support from TAG Studios, Reach A Hand Uganda, and Rose Charities and included actionable information. The song was written by Jackie Chandiru, Allan Watikha, Bruce Dickson, and Tony Kizito, produced by Melanin Boy, and mixed and mastered by Samuel Lamara at TAG Studios.

Black Magic Filmz shot the visuals for the music video that were released on November 29. In addition to her philanthropic work, Spice Diana has also organized charity events and concerts to support the less fortunate.
