CAREER AND TURNING POINT
In 2009, when they were still in high school, they started making music. They recorded demos and played for other students to start the band B2C Entertainment. In 2013, they released their first single, "Omutima Guluma." This was the start of their career.
The three people consider 2013 to be their magical year because that's when their single "Wansensera" came out and they got signed by Andy Events, a manager who took them places and helped their career.
Their first album, called "Born To Conquer," came out in 2017. It has 13 songs, including "Wansensera," "Nyongera," "Njabala" with Spice Diana, "Tokigezza," "So Fly," and "Wansensera."
They were at the top of the charts with their hit singles and songs they made together. Last year, they worked with singer Rema Namakula to make "Gutujja," which many Ugandans consider to be the best song of the year.
THE END OF THE PRESTIGIOUS 'ANDY EVENTS' ERA.
In 2018, shortly after their successful concert in September, B2C released a statement saying that they were breaking up with their longtime manager, Andy Events.
In a public statement, they said that Mugerwa was busy, but they still needed his full attention. "We're sorry to tell you that Mr. Mugerwa Andrew (Andy Envents) can't continue as our manager because he has other important things to do. "If you want to make it in the entertainment business, you have to put in 100% of your time," part of the statement said.
The artists said they weren't paid enough for all the hard work they put into putting on a series of concerts that brought in a lot of people and money. This is what is thought to have caused their bitter breakup. After a successful VIP show at Auto SPA in Munyonyo, which was packed to the brim, but the boys were only given 5 million shillings to split among themselves, the boys started fighting.
Mugerwa ran B2C for three years, during which time they made over 15 videos, including Gutamiza with the late Mowzy Radio, Tokigeza and Njabaala with Spice Diana, Songea, Wannyonona, Kapande featuring Eddy Kenzo, Nyongera and No You No Life featuring De Ben from Rwanda, to name a few. The three also won a few awards, like the Hipipo Awards, and were known outside of Uganda because their songs were played on the radio there.
