He is signed to the Cloud Africa record label of Mama Baba Entertainment. He was born in 1998 in Kampala, which is the capital of Uganda. 'Voice Boy' is another name for him.

Early in 2015, when he was still in high school, he started to love music. He often competed in School Dance and Singing Competitions, which made him want to do more with music because of his beautiful and powerful voice. After working as a backup singer for different artists at Xtreme Arts Records Mutundwe, Liam learned a lot and decided to go out on his own as a solo artist.

Liam met his manager, Mr. Kyagambidwa Geofrey alias Chagga, when he was working as a brand ambassador for the advertising company "Primax Out Door Advertising." Chagga is now Liam's manager.

In August 2020, he released his single "GUMA," a Ugandan Afropop-inspired love song that was produced by Warren D professor and had a video made by Dat Guy Delta. His next song was "Bus," a moving Afro Zouk love ballad.

Since then, he's released a number of popular singles, like "Love Olinonya" and "Omwoyo," which have won the hearts of many young people in the country, including his fellow singer Naira Ali.
