Catherine Kusasira Biography

Catherine Kusasira is a Ugandan musician, businesswoman, and political figure known for her significant contributions to the local music industry. She was one of the founding members of Eagles Production, which later evolved into Golden Band Production 

Born and raised in Kampala, Kusasira comes from the Baganda ethnic group and is the daughter of Wilberforce and Deborah Luwandagga  She has been in the music industry for nearly two decades, becoming one of Uganda’s most recognized band musicians

Music Career

Catherine Kusasira has built an impressive discography, releasing several hit songs such as Pretender, Kasunda Bus, Ebiboozi Boozi, Kabinubinu, Obeerawo, and Baganda Bange . Her music often explores themes of love, relationships, and social life.

Business & Politics

Beyond music, she has ventured into business and is the CEO of Kusasira Cosmetics . She has also taken an interest in politics and was appointed as a Presidential Advisor for Kampala by the Ugandan government .
