- Ragga Dee is a musician from Uganda. His real name is Daniel Kazibwe. In the 2016 general elections, he ran for mayor of Kampala.
- EARLY LIFE AND MUSIC
- George William Kyeyune gave birth to Dee in 1973. In 1988, he began making music. His music is an amalgamation of do reggae, ragga, hip-hop, and Lingala. In 2004 and 2005, the Pearl of Africa Music Awards named him Ragga Artist of the Year. In 2006, he won the award for best video. There are 18 of them. As a member of the group Da Hommies, which had hits like "Bamusakata" and "Mukwano" in the early 1990s, he became well-known. He won the Pearl of Africa Music Award for best Ragga artist of the year and best male artist of the year, and BBC did a story about him. In 2005, his reggae album won the Golden Awards in Uganda for Best Album.
