Keron Raphael Kabugo was Juliana's first-born son. He died in 2014 from asthma. Kassim Ouma, a Ugandan boxer who lives in the United States, was said to be Kanyomozi's boyfriend since 2006.
1997, Juliana met Roger Mugisha for the first time. Roger put her in touch with Amon Lukwago, who had just come back from Kyeyo in the UK. Amon and Juliana had been in love with each other for a while. But things weren't always easy between them. After Keron was born, they had some problems.
Later, Amon broke up with Juliana, leaving her in charge of the baby boy on her own. During the funeral for Keron, Amon knelt down in front of the songbird and asked for forgiveness for anything bad he had done to Juliana.
